How big is a Wider Image?
You can create your own Wider Image Photo Collage in any of the following sizes:
2' x 6'
12" x 36"
24" x 36"

18" x 24"
12" x 24"
8" x 16"

Vinyl Prints come in our 2' x 6' as well as an extra length Trade Show Table size which measures 2' x 8'.

You may order additional prints of your completed collage at any time.  Please contact us to order additional prints.  We keep completed collages on file forever.

What kind of pictures are needed for a Wider Image?
The quality of each Wider Image is dependant on the quality of the submitted photos.  We recommend that you submit original photo files that have not been altered or resized in any way.  Wider Image will not accept any images deemed to be:

• Threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate or profane
• Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group.

How do I submit photos for my Wider Image?
To submit photos you have three options, you must choose one option before checking out:

• Submit your photos using our digital uploading gallery.  You may upload your pictures anytime after your order by clicking on the "Upload Pictures" link on the left menu and following the instructions provided carefully.  We do ask that you try to upload your pictures all at once, if not please contact us to prevent creation of your collage prior to having all your pictures..
• You may mail a CD or DVD with your images.  All CD's or DVD's will not be returned unless otherwise arranged.
• You may mail in your printed out photos for us to scan and use them. This service is at an additional cost. All photos will be returned with product shipment, however Wider Image LLC. may not be held responsible for the photos.

How many pictures do I need for a Wider Image?
Choose the Collage Sizing tab on the collage page to see some guidelines for your collage.  Please use this as a guideline, you may submit any number of pictures for any size collage.

How do I pay for a Wider Image?
There are three options for payment. Two of which are online and instant payments. Wider Image is set-up with Paypal to accept credit cards as well as paypal accounts. You DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay with a credit card on our site. You may also choose to mail a check, however your shipment will NOT be processed until the check has been cleared.

What if I don't have Paypal?
NO PROBLEM! You may choose to pay with a credit card without ever having to sign-up for a Paypal account.

How do I hang my Wider Image?
Most of our sizes are standard frame sizes that can be found in most retailer's frame section.  If you choose one of our larger sizes or do not want to frame your collage, we recommend using 3M poster tabs that can be found in most retailers in the home or school sections.  You will also receive an insert in your order shipment with some collage hanging tips.

Can you custom frame my Wider Image?
We are not in the framing business....yet. However, from a cost sense it is much cheaper for customers to have their Wider Image shipped unframed.  You will be able to find a standard frame for one of our standard frame sized collages in many retailers nationwide.

What are Wider Images made of?
Each Wider Image is made of durable 10 mil thick photo quality gloss paper.  This paper is thick enough to even rip a piece of duct tape off the back. This stuff is great!  The vinyl Wider Image Banners are made of thick durable vinyl material using digital printing technology.  The vinyl banners do produce a waterproof and UV resistent print, however we do NOT recommend you subject these banners to severe weather conditions.

How long does it take to receive my Wider Image?
Each collage is created with-in 2-4 business days of receiving all your pictures.  We will email your supplied email address upon shipment.  All items are sent via USPS Priority mail which is generally 2-3 days nationwide, however is NOT guarenteed.  For quicker or guarenteed shipping services, please contact us.

Does Wider Image ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please supply a different address (such as a work address) for us to ship your Wider Image to.

Does Wider Image ship OUTSIDE of the U.S.?
YES! However, you must contact us prior to ordering for us to calculate the shipping cost and create a custom order for you.  Please simply contact us with the address you would like the item shipped and the preferred shipping method and we'll get back to you promptly.
